Susan J. Middleton, MS, SPHR
Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Middleton is responsible for the leadership of all support services in accordance with the company’s strategic direction and goals. She creates and oversees programs, services, and policies to achieve operational objectives in human resources, information technology, administration, facilities, and corporate communications. Ms. Middleton’s extensive experience in human resources includes serving as Director of Human Resources for Financial Advisory Services, a line of service with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and KPMG/Barents Group.

Ms. Middleton earned her Bachelor of Science in Business with a second major in Education from Simmons College. She received a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Science/Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins where she also completed a Fellowship in Change Management. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
